5直接结算或者申请理赔

支持直接结算的医院可以申请直接结算，省去排队缴费和理赔流程，不支持直接结算的医院用户准备资料申请理赔

注意事项

1. 紧急的时候可以先去医院就医48小时内拨打电话95511-7通知我们

2. 选择非网络医院不能享受直接结算的用户自己先垫付医疗费用，保留单据申请理赔，10个工作日收到理赔款

2Book a medical appointment

Ping An Health can assist you to book medical appointments; register at the hospital using your membership card and apply for direct billing at network hospitals on your behalf.

3Register at the hospital using your ID and membership card

4Apply for preauthorization

Certain procedures required preauthorization. If preauthorization is not received some of the costs might not be paid.

Preauthorization is usually required for the following medical services. Please see your policy for details.
All inpatient treatment
Outpatient surgery
A single appointment that costs more than RMB 5000
Purchase or rental of an insulin pump and related items
First time outpatient kidney dialysis; outpatient electrotherapy; chemotherapy or radiotherapy of cancer
Emergency treatment not covered by your policy

5Direct billing or claim reimbursement application

Direct billing services can be enjoyed at hospitals within the Ping An Health direct billing network. For out of network expenses, please collect the relevant documents and submit a claim reimbursement application.

Notes:

1. In case of emergency, go directly to hospital and inform us within 48 hours by calling 95511-7.

2. If you are treated outside of the direct billing network, you must pay your treatment costs up front, collect the relevant documents and submit a claim reimbursement application. You will be reimbursed within ten working days.

3. If you require treatment while overseas (except in the USA), please dial the 24-hour international hotline: 001-519-251-5192.

4. If require treatment while in the USA, please dial 18003146931 option 1. We will guide you to the nearest hospital. Please remember to always take your membership card and ID when travelling overseas.
